Every time I take my iron supplement I feel like...
audinash: Veganlyfe is rough. Make sure you eat when ever you take an iron supplement as they are known to cause nausea. Also starting on a lower dose and working up to the full dose can help you body adjust better.  Just some friendly advice from a fellow vegan and nurse :D
